Rinshul Chandra, Chief Operating Officer of Zomato’s Food Delivery Business, has offered his resignation, the company said in a legal submission.

Chandra resigned from April 5 “to pursue new opportunities and passions,” Zomato said in the submission on Saturday.

In his letter of resignation on the founder of Zomato and CEO Deepinder Goyal, Chandra wrote: “I write to resign as COO – Food Ordering & Delivery Business of Eternal Limited, with effect from 7 April 2025. After a careful consideration, I decided to strive for new opportunities and passions that connect with that connect with my personal and professional goals”.

Although the brand name of the business delivery of the company Zomato remains the same, the company, together with the app, has changed the name of the business entity in Eternal.
