The shares of Infosys acted with £ 1,424.20 with £ 20.50 or 1.46 percent on the NSE today at 11.39 hours.
Infosys announced that it is expanding its decade strategic cooperation with AIB, one of the largest financial service groups in Ireland. Under the extensive partnership, Infosys will offer application development, maintenance and support services to speed up AIB’s digital transformation initiatives.
Thanks to the renewed agreement, Infosys will use its expertise in agile practices and AI-driven tools to help AIB improve operational efficiency and to accelerate innovation on its bank platforms. This collaboration is intended to further modernize AIB’s technology and data opportunities to deliver improved results for customers.
Graham Fagan, Group Chief Technology Officer at AIB, emphasized that the partnership is in line with the vision of the bank to gradually modernize his technology infrastructure while maintaining a customer-first approach. He noted that Infosys was a trusted innovation partner for AIB.
Dennis Gada, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Banking & Financial Services at Infosys, called the extensive cooperation an important milestone for Infosys in Ireland. He stated that the company would enable AIB to accelerate business and technological transformation in a rapidly evolving banking environment.
AIB serves around 3.35 million customers mainly in Ireland and the United Kingdom, focused on retail, business and business banking services.
